BUILDING A SAGA LP and S-STYLE

Note from GuitarAttack:  Not much verbiage in this story, but the paint jobs are killer.  I hope this inspires you!

From Robert Perry

OK -- I..

- Replaced the pickups with a set of Diesels
- Replaced the strings with some Ernie Ball Slinkys
- Body is painted viper green using PPG Envirobase
- Neck is finished in black laquer
- All paint and airbrush work done by Octane Art in Acton, Ontario, Canada
- Set up done by "Guitars and Amps" in Milton, Ontario, Canada

It plays very well, sounds great the electrics are pretty good out of the box.

Here is a full-length shot of the guitar.

It plays very well, sounds great the electrics are pretty good out of the box.

Here is a recent Saga Strat Build.  I -

- Replaced the pickups with a real Fender Strat set
- Added Ernie Ball Slinky strings
- The paint is Petonas Orange applied by Tom Loth at EC Drury High School

I set the intonation and the action and it was good to go.

Great job -- love the paint jobs!
